  • Australia Awards Scholarships

About- Australia Awards Scholarships are long-term awards administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The scholarship provides opportunities for people from developing countries, particularly those countries located in the Indo-Pacific region, to undertake full-time undergraduate or postgraduate study at participating Australian universities and Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutions, with their aim being to contribute to the development needs of Australia’s partner countries in line with bilateral and regional agreements.

  • establishment allowance–a once only payment as a contribution towards accommodation expenses, textbooks, and study materials.
  • Contribution to Living Expenses (CLE) — a fortnightly contribution to basic living expenses paid at a rate determined by the department.
  • Introductory Academic Program (IAP)–a compulsory program prior to the commencement of formal academic studies covering information on living and studying abroad in Australia
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of the award (for award holder only)–provided to cover the scholar’s basic medical costs (with the exception of pre-existing conditions)
  • ACU Destination Australia International Scholarship

About- Destination Australia Scholarship Program is modelled for meritorious students who wish to receive financial aid to live and study in regional Australia. The scholarships, available to domestic and international students, are funded by Australia’s Department of Education. Amongst the different scholarships in Australia, this ACU Destination Australia International Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship open for Australian as well as international students. The scholarship only covers the full-time tuition fees for Australian universities’ undergraduate programs.

Benefits-

Australian Catholic University (ACU) is offering financial support through Destination Australia International Scholarship. The value of up to $45,000 will provide for students in a three-year course, and $60,000 for students in a four-year course. Payments will grant in instalments of $7,500/semester.

  • Australia Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship

About- Amongst all the scholarships in Australia, the Australia Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship is exclusively for international students wanting to pursue a research degree or research master’s program. It covers the complete tuition fee along with a grant stipend for living costs. The RTP scholarship ranges for a time period of 2 years for a research master’s and 3 years for a 3-year research doctorate degree. The value of this scholarship is around AUD 28,587 per annum made fortnightly. AGRTP-International scholarships are awarded to postgraduate researchers from overseas* with exceptional promise on the basis of academic merit and research potential.

Benefits-

  • The AGRTPS pays the international student tuition fees charged by Flinders University for a Higher Degree by research.
  • The AGRTPS includes an international tuition fee offset, a living stipend paid at the rate of $28,594 (2021 rate), which is tax-exempt and indexed annually, and Overseas Health Care cover.
  • An AGRTPS student who moves to Adelaide from overseas is eligible for an establishment allowance (after arrival at Flinders) of up to $1,485 to assist with relocation costs and airfares, provided receipts can be produced by the student.
  • Carnegie Mellon University Scholarships

About- Carnegie Mellon University Scholarships are full-fee master’s degrees available to international students. The CMU Australia Scholarships for International Students are worth AUD $30,000 for 21-month master’s degrees and AUD $20,000 for 12-month master’s degrees.

  • Deakin University Scholarships

About- Deakin University Scholarships are fully funded international student scholarships. These scholarships are for postgraduate studies and will provide a stipend of $28,600 per year, a relocation allowance ranging from $500 to $1,500, and health insurance.

  • Melbourne Research Scholarships

About- The Melbourne Research Scholarship (MRS) is a fully-funded international scholarship. There are about 600 scholarships available for masters and doctoral research studies. This scholarship provides a $31,200 annual living allowance, a full fee waiver, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) Single Membership, a relocation grant, and many other benefits.

  • Charles Darwin University Scholarships

About- The Charles Darwin University Scholarship is a fully-funded scholarship available to international students. This scholarship is available for undergraduate, master’s, PhD, and training programmes. There are two types of scholarships that are fully funded. Four different types of scholarships are partially funded and can cover up to 50% of the tuition fee.

  • Griffith University Scholarships

About- Griffith University Scholarships are open for international students to pursue their undergraduate, postgraduate or post-doctoral studies. Griffith University offers many scholarships: some are fully funded and some are partially funded.

  • Rotary Peace Fellowship Program

About- Rotary Peace Fellowships are fully funded international student scholarships. These scholarships are only available for masters and doctoral studies. Tuition and fees, room and board, round-trip transportation, and all internship and field-study expenses are all covered by the Rotary Peace Fellowships Program.

  • Swinburne International Excellence Scholarship

About- Swinburne International Excellence Scholarship is a fully-funded international student scholarship. This scholarship is available for undergraduate and graduate studies. Swinburne International Excellence Scholarship will cover $2500 of your course fees per year.

  • Monash Research Training Program

About- Monash Research Training Program is a fully-funded master’s and PhD scholarship for international students. This scholarship is worth up to $29,000 annually.

  • Macquarie University Scholarship

About- The Macquarie University Scholarship is a fully-funded scholarship available to international students. This scholarship is available for undergraduate and graduate studies. Macquarie University’s Vice-International Chancellor’s Scholarship awards an average of AUD $10,000.

  • Monash University Scholarship

About- Monash University Scholarship is a fully-funded international student scholarship. This scholarship is available for doctoral research. This scholarship includes a $35,600 annual living allowance, a $550 relocation allowance, and a $1,500 annual research allowance.

  • Edith Cowan University Scholarships

About- The Edith Cowan University Scholarship is a fully-funded international student scholarship. This scholarship is available for master's and doctoral studies. This scholarship includes a $28,420 annual stipend, a relocation allowance, and Overseas Students’ Health Coverage.

  • Southern Cross University Scholarships

About- The Southern Cross University Scholarship is a grant for international students. This scholarship is available for undergraduate and graduate studies. This scholarship is worth $5,000 per year and is paid in instalments throughout the academic year, beginning with the first session and continuing based on the successful completion of each study session.
